Request and quote
- Requests can be submitted via the website form, by email or by phone.
- The quote is prepared after reviewing the document and includes the price and turnaround time.
- Work begins after the client's written confirmation.
Client's obligations
- Providing legible and complete documents.
- Specifying the country and institution the document is intended for.
- Timely confirmation of the spelling of names and titles.
Deadlines
The deadline is confirmed in the quote and starts running once the order is confirmed. Deviations are possible due to circumstances depending on third parties and institutions.
Payment
The method and timing of payment are specified in the quote. Separate terms may be agreed for corporate clients.
